Gabrielle Union and her toddler, Kaavia James, are ringing in summer in style.

Over the Fourth of July weekend, the mommy-and-me duo had an adorable twinning moment while celebrating on the beach. The two wore swimsuits emblazoned with the same red, purple, and blue watercolor floral pattern, with the actress in a bikini and her three-year-old daughter in a one-piece with ruffled straps.

"Me and @kaaviajames twinnin and grinnin," Union wrote on Instagram, captioning a video of herself and Kaavia dancing on a beachside deck. "Big 4th of July/Hot Links/Rose' energy ❤️❤️❤️🎇🧨🎆."

In another video posted to Kaavia's Instagram account, the little one is shown playing around in the water and sand.

Union shares Kaavia with husband Dwyane Wade, along with stepchildren Zaya, Zaire, and Xavier Wade.

Outfit coordinating with her toddler isn't out of the ordinary for Union. For instance, in March, the Union–Wade clan headed to the red-carpet premiere of Union's Disney+ remake of Cheaper by the Dozen. There, Union and Kaavia matched in black-and-white sequined sets by Altuzarra, with the actress in a halter top and high-waisted maxi skirt, and Kaavia sporting a dress.

Last year, Union opened up about being a working mom in a touching note posted to Instagram.

"Hardest part about being a working Mom is missing important events in your kid's lives," she wrote, captioning a picture of herself embracing Kaavia. "Today I missed @kaaviajames holiday program at school and felt so awful to disappoint her. So I did the next best thing and I became her hype woman before I left for work 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰."
