Fitness influencer Jen Selter is putting her bikini body on full display for her Instagram followers.
On Wednesday afternoon, the social media sensation posed in a strappy white bikini at sunset, showing off her fit figure for her fans.
In her latest Instagram post, the 29-year-old model posed on the balcony just as the sun was setting.
Her long brown hair is pulled back out of her face as she smolders for the camera, flashing her sunned buns in a tiny white thong bikini. Her sun-kissed skin is practically glowing in the fading light as she gives fans a beautiful view of the harbor behind her.
The social media sensation looks almost pensive in this shot, and she let her followers know that she has been doing a lot of deep thinking in the caption.
In another shot, the New York native’s wavy brown hair flows over the balcony behind her as she poses with her fist on her chin, showing her silver watch to the camera. Fans can see her chiseled abs in this shot and a few of the details in her strappy bikini top.
“Something I’ve been thinking about a lot recently. Everything in life is temporary,” she wrote in the caption, listing people, emotions, thoughts, and scenery as a few examples of temporary things.
“When we think of life in terms of temporariness, it adds a layer of simplicity to things,” she continued. “The only thing truly permanent in this life is change.”
“So live life to the fullest in each moment. Take care of yourself and your mind in the best way you know how because it is the only one you’ve got,” she concluded. “Don’t waste any more time on things, people or places that take your shine from you.”
In another photo, Jen is smiling as she puts her hands on her sides so fans can see the full detail of her triangle bikini top. The edges of her bikini make a triangle, with only a small diamond strap of fabric in the center.
One fan called her a “Beautiful woman with a beautiful message 😍❤️.” Another fan called her a “real beauty” and called her message “fantastic.” Another follower said that her message was “so eye-opening!”
Another follower agreed with her positive message, saying that they will “try to temporarily enjoy each moment of change and a happy life without caring about other people’s opinions 🙌.”
In her latest Instagram post, the New York native decided to show her followers how to make stuffed tomatoes. The video is set to Jack Harlow’s “What’s Popping” featuring DaBaby, Tory Lanez, and Lil Wayne.
“G🥚🥚D MORNING!! You know how much I love breakfast boats these days… I switched it up and stuffed my tomato this time and wow!! 🍳🍅,” she wrote in the caption. “Little tip: The next time you’re making scrambled eggs, throw your eggs in your @blendjet ! Not only does it save you time but it gives them that extra fluffy fluff amazing texture!”
The ingredients that she uses in the video are tomato, eggs, American cheese, salami, and everything bagel seeds.
Although fans loved the heathy recipe idea, plenty more fans commented on her outfit. “Beautyy love the outfit! ✨🌹,” one fan commented. “Love the outfit!! 🔥,” a second follower wrote. “it’s the watch matching your set for meeee,” a third fan chimed in.
