Miami Swim Week: New trends and best fashion moments on the runway

Miami Swim Week did not disappoint this year. Setting new trends and turning up the heat with innovative designs and iconic moments on the runway, bringing all the summer vibes to South Beach for another celebration of fashion and diversity.

Here are some of the best moments that took place on the runway. From extravagant looks, micro bikinis, the newest men’s swimwear collections, retro prints, and the best of the Colombian talent.

Vibrant colors and retro aesthetics became an essential component of Miami Swim Week. Violet, navy, sky blue, and coral proved to be the colors of summertime, introduced in fun and beautiful designs, as shown by ONEONE with their colorful and sporty collection.

The Black Tape Project really gave a surprising twist to the usual beach attire. Showing a new experimental concept with neon colors and symmetric designs.

Channeling music festival vibes and summer raves, The Black Tape Project even presented looks for men who are all about showing their physique in a more creative way.

And if you are all about classic basic colors with a fun touch, lavender proved to be the perfect color to lounge poolside with a mojito in hand.

Armed models were definitely a surprising part of the Miami Swim Week experience. Showing navy and green colors inspired by military attire, models were accessorized with all types of gear for the runway.

Criss-cross strappy one piece swimsuits also made a great impact on the runway, with Naava Swim getting models ready for the beach and other maybe not so relaxing activities.

Bikini mini skirts are a super cute accessory for the beach or by the pool, with matching swimsuits, this outfit will have you ready to hit the South Beach clubs after a dreamy day by the ocean.

Retro aesthetics and softer colors like sky blue were present for menswear collections, paired with some jewelry and big sunglasses, Michael Bailey promises to keep you looking fresh during your weekend getaway.

Barbie pink is here to stay. Shown in different designs and fabrics, the barbiecore aesthetic is a must-have this season.
