They really are a “dynamic duo.”

In honor of the Fourth of July, actress Gabrielle Union and her family celebrated with a dreamy beach vacation. Photos on social media showed the family floating in the pool, dining at restaurants, and laughing by the ocean. On Monday, the 49-year-old shared an extra special video of her dancing alongside her 3-year-old daughter, Kaavia James Union Wade, in matching bathing suits. The two were so cute, and followers and fans couldn’t get enough of them.

The video showed Union and Kaavia in matching floral print bathing suits in shades of red, purple, blue, pink, and white. The Bring It On star rocked a bikini with a string top, triangle cups, and matching bottoms with ties on each side and her daughter looked so cute in a matching one-piece. The video included the text overlay “dynamic duo” and they danced on a beachy balcony to the song It’s Givin by Latto.

The video was filmed on a gorgeous oceanside terrace and began with Kaavia striking an adorable pose, and Union dancing around until her daughter jumped in to dance too. Union captioned the video with, “Me and @Kaaviajames twinnin and grinnin. Big 4th of July/Hot Links/Rosé energy.” She followed the caption with heart and fireworks emojis.

Followers jumped into the comments to share their support for the matching pair and applaud Kaavia on her adorable moves. “Yes Mommy and Kav #bestduo,” one fan wrote. Others added, “That Kaavia!!! She’s a trip!!! So stinkin cute!!!” and “She’s got the moves and the most beautiful hair.”

In another Instagram video posted to Kaavia’s account (but run by her parents), the toddler is seen wearing the same one-piece bathing suit while covered in sand and looking out into the ocean. The video overlay reads, “July 5th productivity be like…” and Union can be heard saying, “Kaav, you’re supposed to be at work today!” Then, the video cuts to Kaavia laying in the sand and relaxing. The voiceover says, “This is me being productive at work. We should all be off on July 5th.”

Throughout the holiday weekend, Union posted more photos and videos from their family beach vacation. In one pic Union was seen smiling in the pool with Kaavia alongside her husband Dwyane Wade and their daughter Zaya. In another video, Union posed on the beach holding a cocktail next to Zaya. The two gave each other an epic mother-daughter look before breaking out into laughter. In a third post, Union shared a photo walking on the sand next to the ocean with Wade, along with additional photos of the sand, beach, and their beautiful family celebrating.

In addition to daughters Kaavia and Zaya, Dwyane is the father of 20-year-old Zaire and 8-year-old Xavier from a previous relationship. He also is the legal guardian of his 20-year-old nephew, Dahveon Morris. Gabrielle Union co-parents with Dwyane, but she has admitted she doesn’t like the term stepparent.

This vacation looks like one for the books. We can’t wait to see what cuteness the Union and Wade family posts next.
