Heidi Montag certainly had that pregnancy glow as she enjoyed a relaxing trip to Hawaii with husband Spencer Pratt and their son Gunner Stone, four, ahead of the birth of their second child, who is due in December.

While enjoying some quality time as a family-of-three on the beach, the 35-year-old reality star looked blissful as she exchanged a laugh with her longtime spouse, before proceeding to share a passionate kiss along the ocean.

As the duo locked lips on Monday, the bikini-clad Colorado native, who was sporting a bright red two-piece with a hoop detailed strap and tie bottom, cradled her growing baby bump.

Her bright blonde locks were left down in a natural style, as she opted for a subtle palette of makeup. 

The Hills star added a dainty collection of silver jewelry to the look, with her nails red to match the swimwear.

Ahead of welcoming their upcoming arrival, they have been enjoying the relaxing holiday at resort Mahalo Kauai.

On Sunday, Spencer shared a slew of sweet snaps to Instagram, with the caption: 'thank you for the memories'. 

In one shot, Spencer held hands with his his wife of fourteen years as they beamed, while others showed the family enjoying the crystal clear tropical water.

She and Spencer are expecting their second child in December, which they revealed earlier this year will be a baby boy.

Following the gender reveal, Heidi admitted that she initially thought she was having a girl and the blue cake at her gender reveal surprised her.

'My whole intuition was off,' she admitted while chatting with Entertainment Tonight.

She continued, 'Growing up I always wanted boys and then recently I kinda started thinking, I don't know, I kinda want a girl [to have] one of each. For Gunner, he really wants a brother so, you know, ultimately I want what would be best for him and his life.' 

The pair also welcomed son Gunner in 2017, after a turbulent and lengthy time trying for a baby.
