1 She Gets Physical…With Video Games

Alba gets "super energized" by playing the sports simulation game Nintendo Switch Sports . "It's a way to get everyone, whether they're buried in their phones or work mode, to get up and you guys can just play. It's more fun to be physical," she told The Healthy.

Jessica is all about me-time. "I mean, I would say I always wanted to really commit to self care and whatnot, but now it's really kind of like a non-starter. I have to. It's like the baseline of me being able to function. I'm not okay if I skip my 'me time,'" she told The Healthy.  df44d9eab23ea271ddde7545ae2c09ec

Jessica makes mediation a priority. She tries to get her zen on every morning. "I do guided meditations. And then when I do need to go for a walk or take a bath…you know, I can tell when I'm very agitated, like I need to go to the gym and just kind of sweat it out. Or if I need play, right? You need to giggle and you just need to have fun and be silly with your kids," she told The Healthy. "I'm not a routine person. Just, as long as I focus on doing something, then some type of guided meditation, I guess that's the heart of it. But other than that, I get bored."

Jessica maintains variety in her diet, but makes sure to eat healthy. "I don't like to eat the same thing every day. I don't like to do anything every day. I lose my interest," she told The Healthy. "Im not terribly strict. If I eat dairy or if I eat a bunch of processed food or fried foods, it gives me stomach aches. So as a kid, I always had a stomachache until I learned I didn't need to have them anymore by changing my diet."

Jessica makes sure to stretch before exercising. "If you've ever been around anyone who's popped an achilles—um, my husband five years ago! I mean, you have to stretch. Being flexible is the key to you not getting locked up. And when you're sitting for too long or when you're standing for too long or doing anything, the same thing over and over again, your body starts to get locked up," she told The Healthy. "Maybe when I was like 18, I started going to Japan and you can see people in parks, stretching, and moving and doing things like Tai Chi. They look like they have a great quality of life. You know, the elderly people are walking around and are part of society and they're taking care of the babies. They're mobile. I think it's of course diet, it's your attitude and outlook, but I also think it has to do with movement. Stretching and moving around is important. Always. No matter your age."

Jessica starts the day with a nutritious beverage. "I don't really have a typical morning! Sometimes I wake up and I go workout; sometimes I wake up and jump right into the shower, so it just depends. Lately, I haven't worked out that much. Usually, my kids wake me up and then I jump in the shower and we meet downstairs for breakfast. I'll make a smoothie—they love when I make them smoothies. I'll usually have a coffee, too," she told Byrdie . What is in it? Zico coconut water, almond butter and maybe some fruit.

7 She Tracks Her Sleep with an Oura Ring

Jessica relies on her Oura ring to get her Zs. "The ring tracks your sleep. Every morning I'm like, 'Okay, how good was my REM sleep? What was my deep sleep?' And before I was like, 'I feel like I didn't get enough sleep last night. I was tossing and turning.' To have confirmation that you've either had good sleep or didn't have good sleep—it just validates how you're feeling for the day: I needed that extra shot of espresso and I needed that concealer today. And it also tells you how much you should exert for the day. You got this sleep so this is the best time for you to do your fitness and then you can really go for it or take it easy. It guides you," she told Marie Claire .
