Rob Lowe cut a casual figure on Wednesday as he soaked up the sun with his family in St Tropez.

The actor, 58, donned a white T-shirt and printed shorts as he arrived at the swanky Club 55 restaurant, alongside his lookalike sons John, 27 and Matthew, 29.

Rob, who shares his sons with his wife Sheryl Berkoff, shielded his eyes from the scorching sun behind aviator shades as he slipped his feet into brown leather sandals.

The 911 actor accessorised the beach look with a selection of gold jewellery, including a pendant chain and large designer watch. 

The trio arrived with their party via boat to enjoy a sumptuous lunch at the exclusive venue. 

Rob's eldest son Matthew went barefoot, teaming a light pink shirt with a pair of bright paisley shorts.

Meanwhile, younger brother John opted for a green co-ord, wearing his shirt unbuttoned to display his muscular physique. 

Both men are successful in their careers with Matthew working as the vice president of investment firm Miroma Ventures. 

With John is following in his father's footsteps and works as an actor and appeared on Fox's The Grinder.

Later taking to his Instagram page, Rob shared a snap as the trio went on to enjoy a trip on a luxurious yacht writing: 'Lowe boys on the Med.'

Speaking about his sons, he recently told Closer Weekly: 'Raising those guys has been my favourite thing I've ever done'.

'They're just great kids. Sheryl and I were both lucky that we had the wherewithal to spend a lot of time with them and be really involved and it's paid off.' 

'My greatest joy is definitely being a part of their lives.'
